The Help Book III is a publication of Open Hearth and is sponsored through a grant from Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, and as the title states, it is the Third Edition of this important guide to services.. This book contains useful information on many of the nonprofit organizations and service organizations that serve northern Chester County and western Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. 

Including all three editions, over 120,000 copies of the Help Book have been printed and distributed FREE of charge to our area residents.  Over 41,000 copies of Help Book III were mailed to every residential address in our immediate service area.  We also made our data base available to a local Veteran's group for use on their website to connect Veterans to greatly needed services.  We hope you like the Help Book III

FREE copies of the English or Spanish versions can be downloaded below, or stop by our offices to pick up a free printed copy.  The Help Book III is also distributed by many organizations in our immediate service area.  Unfortunately, due to postage costs we cannot mail individual copies.
